All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will normally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Submission of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. If payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy and the payment method used.

We may offer payment methods such as Cash on Delivery (COD) and electronic payment options through third-party payment providers.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Electronic payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, and their applicable terms may also apply.
6. Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers should provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address.
We reserve the right to contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified, contain incomplete information, or are reasonably suspected to be fraudulent may be cancelled.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volumes, sales events, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Black Box will not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and any return will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
